Louis Druse is a recognized senior executive with sound and extensive consultant, president, regional and general management, mergers & acquisitions, strategic marketing and commercial management experience from several countries and continents.
Louis has a demonstrated ability to manage complex business environments, implementing business strategies designed to maximize overall organizational productivity, as well as market share and bottom line performance.

J. Alfredo Reyes Ruiz
Alfredo Reyes is an expert in financial strategy and planning, the budgeting process, financial management including cash management, as well as controlling and risk management. His experience includes several Mergers and Acquistion deals and Private Equity backed up management. He is based in Switzerland.
Alfredo started his professional career at Procter & Gamble Mexico in operations and then moved to the financial area where he developed his professional career while working in diverse corporate and consulting roles. At Roche (F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG) and based in Switzerland, he was in corporate controlling and management information. As Finance Director at Unilever he worked with different teams and international assignments in the US, Europe, Latin America and China. As a transformational leader he redefined the CFO role in Givaudan Mexico flavors and fragrance business. Before founding Aleena he spearheaded major regional expansion initiatives, and helped create innovative new business models in the specialty pharmaceutical and medication delivery Hospira business as CFO for Latin America.
On the advisory Board of a JV in Brazil and as CFO for the International Division of Wild Flavors GmbH Alfredo has helped shape the overall strategy and direction of products, innovation capabilities and complete solution approach in the international markets of Asia and Latin America.
Alfredo holds an MBA from the ITESM and has PHD studies in Organizations from the UNAM. He has a mechanical engineering undergraduate degree from the ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico, and a MSc from University of Texas at Austin.
Scott M. Kahn, Ph.D.
Dr. Scott M. Kahn brings over 30 years of expertise executing and directing top-level projects in academia and industry. Dr. Kahn combines a deep understanding of personalized medicine, translational research, biomarkers, biomedical research, and oncology, with a high technical acumen and an acute mind for business development. He has directed projects alongside global thought leaders, worldwide industry and academic research groups, and cross-functional teams.
In addition to the Advisory Board role at Multinational Partnerships, he is an international consultant, and acting Chief Scientific Officer for Oncostem Biotherapeutics, Ltd. (NY, PA), which develops targeted therapies against tumor drivers that have yet to be drugged. Recently he served as senior biomarker advisor for Neuro-Bio, Ltd. (UK), which focuses on Alzheimer’s drug and biomarker development.
Dr Kahn’s many peer-reviewed research publications include seminal contributions to cancer biology and cancer theory. He has discovered oncogenes, functionally characterized signaling pathways, predicted and identified the microsatellite mutator phenotype in colon cancer, worked on associations between biomarkers and clinical therapy, and through his study of cyclinD1 function, provided the first evidence leading to the theory of “Oncogene Addiction,” a widely accepted theory for targeted drug therapy. Dr. Kahn has also conceived of, invented, and validated innovative, state of the art and cutting-edge biomarker platforms and functional assays.
Dr. Scott Kahn has been a Member of the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center at Columbia University since 1994, and has held a variety of appointments at Columbia University since 1988. He currently serves as Biomarkers Council Chairman for the International Cancer Advocacy Network, a foundation that assists cancer patients with clinical management options, using a closely managed and highly personalized approach. Dr. Kahn has and currently serves in a variety of scientific advisory roles.
Dr. Kahn completed his postdoctoral studies in the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center at Columbia University, received his Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from SUNY@ Stony Brook, and his B.A. degree with double majors in Chemistry and in Biochemistry from Brandeis University. He is currently living in NYC, USA.
Marlene Llopiz A., BA, MD, MPH
Dr. Marlene Llopiz possesses a broad knowledge in public health policies and healthcare systems, and has renowned experience in designing, managing and leading large global/multi-national phase I-IV clinical trials.
Marlene is currently living in Mexico; she is Corporate International Strategy and Regulatory and Medical Affairs Director of Probiomed S.A.de C.V., and consulting in her areas of expertise throughout Latin America. Dr. Llopiz works orchestrating efforts in public health between governmental, private and academic organizations including the Ministry of Health of Mexico, the Harvard School of Public Health, the Association of Medical Specialists in the Pharmaceutical Industry and the International Federation of Associations of Pharmaceutical Physicians. She has country and Latin American responsibilities working at PLM Mexico and for clinical research organizations (CRO) including Quintiles, ICON and other international firms. Marlene has supervised studies in multiple diseases like Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, diabetes mellitus, HIV, migraine, dermatology, pediatric asthma; skin, lung, colon, breast, head and neck, and gastric cancer, hypertension, contrast medium, Parkinson’s disease, ulcerative colitis, chronic pain, bipolar disease, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, schizophrenia, multiple sclerosis and medical devices, as well.
Marlene holds a Master in Public Health (MPH) degree from the Harvard University School of Public Health, USA, a Medical Degree (MD) from the Universidad Anahuac Medical School, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree with majors in Biology and Biochemistry and Pre-Medical Studies, in addition to a certificate in Translation and Interpretation of Spanish and English from Austin College, USA.

Marlene is an active member of International and American Medical Societies and a recognized speaker at clinical meetings across the Americas and Europe. She is author and co-editor of articles and book chapters, part of the Professor’s staff at the Universidad La Salle and Universidad Anahuac.
